Holiday flat "Regina

We offer a new, quietly situated holiday flat in the centre of Udler.The approx. 100 year old farm building in which the flat is located has been lovingly renovated by us to the latest standards.On a size of approx. 110 sqm there is room for up to 5 persons, ideally suited for families.The flat has a separate entrance and is located on the first floor of the building.The terrace can be accessed from the living room/dining room.There is the possibility to barbecue and there is a playground for the children. After a long day out they can prepare a good meal in the modern, fully equipped kitchen.You will find a fridge/freezer combination, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and much more. In the living room you can prepare a cosy evening of television on the high-quality leather couch, or study a good book in the reading corner.  In the bedroom there is the possibility to put up an extra bed for small children (bed is available).A highchair can also be used if required.In the cooler seasons, the wood-burning stove (pellet stove) provides cosy warmth and a cosy atmosphere in addition to the underfloor heating. The bathroom has a spacious shower at ground level.The inner courtyard offers parking possibilities for cars.Motorbikes or bicycles can be stored underneath. Smoking is not allowed in the house.We cordially invite you!Short descriptionOther : Non-smoking houseShort description 1Number of kitchens : 1SurroundingNearby sports facilities : Bike tours, Football area, MountainbikingGarden and outdoorGarden facilities : Garden furniture provided, Grill

    “Ontzettend mooi, schoon, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien appartement. Er is aan alles gedacht. Je hoeft niets mee te nemen want alles is er, zelfs zout, olijfolie, plastic zakjes en douche benodigdheden. Wat een heerlijke vakantie was dit. In het dorpje is niets te doen maar op een afstand van binnen een half uur is HEEL veel te doen in verschillende plaatsjes. Een aanrader voor wie de ruimte wil en genoeg te doen wil hebben in de buurt.”

    “Ganz tolle Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt zur (motorisierten) Erkundung der gesamten Eifel. Positiv: Zustand und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind unschlagbar, die Vermieter-Familie ebenfalls. Negativ: Um zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie zu gelangen, braucht man ein Auto.”

    “Positiv: Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Besser geht es nicht!
    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Restaurant: Irish Pub Gillenfeld - Sehr uriger Pub mit leckerem Essen und Getränken und toller Musik! Ausflüge: Pulvermaar - Sehr schönes Bad, tolles Wasser!”
