Das Haus hat einen eingenen Zugang mit Garten und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuss geht es in 7 Minuten ins Städtchen, welches im Sommer ab 20.00 Uhr autofrei ist und zum Flanieren einlädt. Die Einwohner sind sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich. Nicht nur der Strand von la Caletta auch alle umliegenden Strände sind zum Erkunden bereit. Aus dem Staunen kommen Sie nicht heraus, das glasklare Meer wird sie begeistern.
Das Haus ist ein Neubau 2020 und top ausgestattet. (Schweizer Standard) Eingerichtet für max. 8 Personen. Küche hat neben den nötigen Kochuntensilien und Geschirr für 8 Personen eine
Alle 4 Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage welche sich individuell steuern lässt. (im Winter auch heizen)
Der Garten hat eine Aussendusche und einen 30m Gartenschlauch, so dass sie auch ihr Fahrzeug waschen können, wenn das nötig ist.

Das grosse Schlafzimmer hat 1 Sep. Bad, das 2. Bad ist vom Korridor her zugänglich für alle Gäste.
