Beautiful villa with large pool near Porec

Are you wonder where to spend your vacation? We have the right place and villa for you ! Villa Catarina iis located in the beautiful istrian village Kringa near Porec. This amazing stone villa can accommodate up to 8 people.There you will find a large outdoor pool with sun loungers furnitures and an outdoor shower, grill and beautiful large green garden. You can swimm in the amazing pool and look at your children in the playground direct from the pool so your children can have fun while you swimm in the pool or relax by the pool.

Indoor on the ground floor of the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a large bedrrom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with double beds, with each room having its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms have a nice big terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the beautiful surroundings. We aresure that you will enjoy to spend your time outdoor because of the 3900m2 of green vegetation that surround this wonderful villa. Near the villa is located the Kringa adrenalin park and the host is also the owner of the park....maybe you can get a discount ;-) Book Villa Catarina in this beautiful area of Istria!

95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
