Welcome to this lovely cottage by the lake Nysætervatnet in Fjellsætra.
The cottage is delicately furnished and invites you to a quiet and beautiful vacation with family and friends. In the living room you can gather for card games and good conversation and enjoy delicious dinners at the dining table.
The cottage has a large and beautiful terrace where you can relax. In the garden you can do entertaining activities and play hide and seek. Here you will find vacation fun for young and old.
From the cottage are mountain lakes with good trout fishing opportunities within walking distance. In the area you can also make beautiful hikes. We recommend a hike to the Fjord Panorama Restaurant at 1067 meters above sea level ? or you can take a cable car up there. There you will have a great view of the Storfjord and the rock face Åkernesrevna, which was the model for the Norwegian movie ?Bølgen? (?The Death Wave?). The municipality of Stranda is also known for the production of Grandiosa and Big One frozen pizzas, which are popular in Norway. Geiranger is also recommended with the viewpoint Flydalsjuvet to enjoy a fantastic view of the Geirangerfjord. Geiranger is also known for waterfalls such as 'Suitor', 'Bridal Veil' or 'The Seven Sisters' and you can also take a guided tour of the Geirangerfjord. Otherwise, you can visit the town of Ålesund with Atlanterhavsparken, one of the largest salt water aquariums in Northern Europe.
