Between Marina di Ragusa and Donnalucata, in a beautiful residential area, is located this house with a private pool in complete privacy.
The house is surrounded by well-kept green areas and offers a spectacular view of the sea. The villa is accessed by a wide staircase and inside you can expect a large living area with living room, dining area and kitchen area. On the second floor are the bedrooms, one with sea view, while the other has a small terrace overlooking the pool and garden. From the upper floor you have access to a terrace with spectacular sea views.
Outside, a large terrace of about 150 m² surrounds the house, equipped with tables, chairs, sofas and an outdoor kitchen/grill area. The pool is bordered by English lawn and surrounded by high hedges for extra privacy. On the lawn there is an area for children with outdoor games (slide, rocking chair and a small house).
