The flat is located on the 3rd floor of the well-kept building and can be easily reached with several lifts.
In addition to the bedrooms, it offers a spacious living room with comfortable upholstered furniture, reading corner with relaxing armchair and stereo, dining area for four persons, modern flat screen TV with all German and many foreign programmes.
The open fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
The bathroom is equipped with a relaxing shower, WC and washbasin.
In the bathroom you will find a washing machine, a hairdryer and a personal scale as well as plenty of towels and bath towels.
In bedroom 1 there is a double bed 200x180 cm, 2 bedside tables with reading lamps, safe and a large wardrobe.
In bedroom 2 there are two single beds 200x90 cm, two bedside tables with reading lamps and a large wardrobe.
Of course the flat has its own fast fibreglass internet.
Terrace 1 is furnished with a table and two chairs and two sun loungers, terrace 2 with small tables and two relax chairs.
The terraces are tropically planted.
The building has a common area with a small library, reading chairs, fitness area with various equipment and space for sports and games.
The large pool is heated all year round and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for free use by our tenants.
