This modern apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-story family house, in a quiet and sunny location of the renowned verzasca valley. The rooms are arranged as follows: the living room is equipped with hot-air fireplace & floor heating, as well as direct exit to the garden, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet. In the garden there is a pavilion, where you can enjoy the light summer breeze in the shade, and you can also enjoy the garden protected from the rain. From the garden you can enjoy the fantastic view on the Verzasca valley and reservoir lake. Cellar, washing machine and dryer available in common use area. about 20 minutes. In 5 minutes you are at the roman bridge of Lavertezzo. Various hiking trails are within walking distance from the apartment. Considering the number of beds, the flat is recommended for a maximum of 3 adults; or 2 adults and 1 child. A travel cot is also available free of charge for small children.
