The spacious living/dining room is perfect for meetings and relaxing moments, while the two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, guarantee comfort for all guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, giving you the freedom to prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the garden area or on the terrace while enjoying the sea breeze and the soothing sound of the sea. We also have a built-in barbecue for those delicious barbecues under the Mallorcan sun.
Our property has a private swimming pool where you can cool off and enjoy unforgettable moments under the warm Mallorcan sun. Outside, you will find hammocks and garden furniture so you can relax to the fullest while enjoying your stay.

And if you prefer to explore the town, the centre of Alcudia is just a five-minute drive away, surrounded by impressive medieval walls that invite you to take long walks through its picturesque cobbled streets.
