    “Obwohl in "zweiter Reihe" gelegen bietet sich von Terasse und Balkon ein toller Blick aufs Meer.Der Garten ist hübsch angelegt und auch gepflegt.Der Strand ist in einer Minute erreichbar und relativ privat mit kleinem Sandstrand.Dass der öffentliche Weg der direkt am Hausgrundstück entlang zum Strand führt könnte zur Saisson ein bisschen lästig werden , da Garten und Terasse von hier aus voll einsehbar sind.
    Das Haus ist ein Neubau mit für die Anzahl der Schlafzimmer gut ausreichenden Bädern und Toiletten ausgestattet. Das Interieur ist ansprechend und geschmackvoll. Einzig das Sofa hat schon bessere Tage gesehen und bietet wenig Sitzkomfort.Die geräumige Küche hat alle im Alltag geforderten Elektrogeräte.
    Geschirr und Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden, wenn man die Spülmaschine täglich laufen lässt.
    Selbstverpfleger werden den ein oder anderen Topf vermissen aber der Zustand der vorhandenen Utensilien ist erstaunlich gut.
    Das Haus bietet genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für Individualisten in einer Besuchergruppe :-).
    Der Essplatz im Haus und auf der Terasse ist gut geeigent für geselliges Beisammensein und ein Kaminofen sorgt auch an kühlen Abenden für gemütliches Flair. Dies wird auch durch die gut durchdachte Beleuchtung unterstützt.Insgesamt wussten wir die hochwertige Ausstattung und die gute Lage mit Meerblick sehr zu schätzen und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen.”

    “Lage ist gut - direkte Strandnähe - von der Terrasse Meerblick
    in der Nebensaison geöffnete Bäcker und Restaurants ca 1,5km entfernt
    Ausstattung für ein Mietobjekt gut
    Sauberkeit ok - Küche sollte eine Grundreinigung erfahren
    Garten in den Laufwegen gern mähen - ansonsten ist naturbelassen auch angenehm
    Achtung - Zufahrt mit maximal VW Bus !”
