Ferienwohnungen in hügeliger Lage mit Garten und Swimmingpool zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung
Diese Ferienresidenz ist ruhig und mitten im Grünen gelegen. Sie befindet sich ca. vier Kilometer vom Zentrum Malcesines und vom Gardasee entfernt.
Es gibt zwei Häuser mit jeweils zwei unabhängigen Ferienwohnungen. Sie sind komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr freundlich und hell. An kühleren Tagen sind sie auch beheizbar. Schnurloses Internet (WLAN) wird kostenlos bereitgestellt.
Rund um die Ferienvilla gibt es einen Garten und einen Swimmingpool zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung. Die Villa ist teilweise umzäunt. Auf dem privaten Parkplatz innerhalb des Grundstücks ist für jede Wohnung ein Stellplatz reserviert.
Aufgrund der Lage wird die Anreise im eigenen Wagen dringend empfohlen. Die Panoramastraße, die zum Haus führt, ist bequem und gut befahrbar.
Das Zentrum von Malcesine mit seinen Restaurants, Geschäften und Supermärkten sowie der Seepromenade und dem Strand ist ca. 4 km von den Wohnungen entfernt. In zwei Kilometern Entfernung befindet sich die Seilbahn zum Monte Baldo, ein guter Startpunkt für Trekking- und Mountainbike-Touren sowie ausgedehnte Wanderungen auf ausgebauten Wegen. Die Seilbahn ist zweigeteilt: in 5 km Entfernung beginnt die Teilstrecke Malcesine-San Michele und in 2 km die zweite Strecke (San Michele-Monte Baldo). An der Station in Malcesine unterhalten die Vermieter einen eigenen Fahrradverleih. Einmal pro Woche bieten sie kostenlose Ausflüge mit deutsch- und englischsprachiger Führung an.
