Cosy apartment on a stunning complex in Marbella (Costa del Sol, Southern Spain).

It is a gated complex with swimming pool, playground and surrounded by gardens near the beach. The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and has sea views. It has been totally refurbished, and is furnished and equipped with nice decorations.
It is on the ground floor of a private gated community with independent entrance.

    “Es gab nichts negatives zu berichten. Positiv: Veronica ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Sie hat bereits Milch und Brot in die Küche gestellt und auf dem Nachttisch lag ein Betthupferl. In dieser Wohnung vermisst man nichts, selbst gutes Internet ist vorhanden. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung unseren Freunden. Ausflüge: Ronda, Marbella, Malaga, Mijas Pueblo und Gibraltar - Diese Orte sind sehr gut über die A7 zu erreichen.
    Die Auffahrt befindet sich ca. 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt.”

    “Sehr schöne Unterkunft!Wir waren über die Karnevalszeit mit Hund für vier Übernachtungen im Haus. Die Unterkunft ist hell, freundlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und scheint renoviert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Was fehlt ist jedoch ein eingezäunter Garten für Hunde, da das Haus direkt an einer Straße liegt. Die Innenstadt und Supermärkte sind gut und auch fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus.”
