An amazing penthouse on the most beautiful square of Barcelona.
Sun Penthouse is definitely one of our finest products. Located on the top floor with elevator in a building of the Gothic Quarter , it will enchant you with its modern and colorful decoration and its brightness.
The apartment opens on the bright and cheerful living room, you will find a glass table to have your meals , a sofa, flat screen television, and an aditional bed for the 5th person you also have access to one of the two terraces that offers you the apartment.
The terrace is pleasant to enjoy the sun of Barcelona, enjoy breakfast or simply relax.
The kitchen with solar colors is fully equipped with, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and of course, coffee maker.
Still at the same level you have a first bedroom with two single beds and plenty of storage space. Finally, a bathroom with shower is connected to this space.
On the upper level you will find the second bedroom with double bed and its own bathroom, very spacious, again, with shower.
You have a second level terrace from which you can admire the city thanks to the exceptional view on Montjuic, the Ramblas and even the sea.

Located in a traditional building in the city of Barcelona, you are in one of the most famous and well visited areas of the city. On offer is a wide range of leisure facilities and exploration of the first order because of its proximity to important symbols of the Catalan capital such as the Ramblas de Catalonia, the Liceu Theatre, the market of La Boqueria, Plaza Catalunya, the port and, if this were not enough, just 2 minutes from the building is a metro station from which you can visit any other point of the city with ease.
Check-in regular time between 13h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 30€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact.The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.

- smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
- 80€ special fee required on arrival for gaz, water and electricity for monthly stay only
