Auf dem 3000m² großen Grundstück lässt sich bei dem atemberaubenden Blick ins Tal die Natur des Vogtlands erfahren und die Kinder haben Platz zum spielen.
Die Vogtland Arena liegt 2,5 km entfernt. Vom Haus erreichen Sie eine Vielzahl von Wanderwegen sowie Skipisten und Loipen im Winter. Auch die Kurorte Marienbad, Karlsbad, Bad Elster und Bad Brandbach ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Skistation Mühlleithen mit Ihrer Sommerrodelbahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Freizeitpark Plohn ist in ca. 30 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.. Das Haus ist Ausgangspunkt für eine Vielzahl von Naturaktivitäten. So finden Sie direkt hinterm dem Grundstück den Einstieg in den Vogtland Panorama Wanderweg. Im Winter ist die berühmte Kammloipe ca. 2000m entfernt.
Das Haus verfügt zusätzlich über eine Wallbox (ab September 2021) und eine Sauna (Ende 2022).
