Die 2020 renovierte, rollstuhlgerechte Fewo (ca. 60 m²) liegt am Ende der Turmstrasse auf einer kleinen Anhöhe. Der Blick ist wunderschön. Das alleinstehende Häuschen grenzt an Wiesen und Wald. Im Haus selbst befindet sich außer der Fewo nur ein Abstellraum des Vermieters. Gartenmöbel und Grill stehen im Vorgarten zur Verfügung. Wander- sowie Fahrradwege sind direkt vor der Haustür. Betten und Ausstattung sind neu und hochwertig.

Komplett eingerichtete Küche mit ausreichend Sitzfläche, Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und Tiefkühlschrank.
Die Küche ist mit vielen Kochutensilien ausgestattet, Mixer, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kochgeschirr, Raclette vorhanden, der Bäcker und ein Obst/Gemüse/Delikatessen Lädchen sind im Ort. Supermärkte, Metzger, Frischfischverkauf, sonstige Geschäfte und Wochenmarkt (Donnerstagnachmittag in Selters) in 5 km Entfernung.
Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. WLAN und Wallbox vorhanden.
