This excellent modern villa is located in the heart of the very dynamic village of Calenzana and has a private pool. The large covered outdoor terraces or the solarium are an ideal place to relax or have an aperitif with friends. The two bathrooms are located next to the 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Upstairs, the large, spacious and very bright living room and the American kitchen with food processor will make your vacation perfect. Please note that the owner's mother lives in the house next to the villa and there is no fence between the two houses.
The village has a mini market, fishmonger and restaurants.
The first sandy beaches with paradisiacal and turquoise waters of Calvi and its region are 8 km away. For sportsmen, the magnificent Bonifatu forest, the starting point of the GR20, can be explored on foot or by mountain bike. Thanks to its freshwater pools you can take refreshing breaks. Nearby there are also, tree climbing (13 km), 9-hole golf course Reginu (38 km) and the rental of all types of boats and bicycles in Calvi (13 km).

Note: The pool is heated in April, May and October.
