Holiday House in Großwürden with Private Parking

New built!! Detached, ground floor bungalow (built June 2020) for 6 persons, own plot of approx. 356 m2, completely tiled throughout the house, all windows have fly screens, additional TV in the bedroom. 3 bedrooms with ground-level beds: 1 bedroom with double bed 180 x 200, 2 bedrooms with two single beds 90 x 200 each, large living room with 6.5 m window to the floor, bathroom with ground-level shower. Bathroom with flat shower tray, covered sun terrace with garden furniture and parasol, carport and further parking space behind, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob.Attention: House is located in the development area. Construction activities all around until 11.07.2020 are expected!Free Wifi at the holiday village administration. Possibly from August free Wifi in the house. The house is located in the Eckwarderhörne holiday village in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry pier (including passenger/bicycle ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 m2 lake belonging to the holiday village (with a 500 m2 sand lawn directly on the lake, swimming pontoon and jetties). The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry pier and starting point for guided mudflat walks is about 800 m away. In the idyllic holiday village, which is situated away from the traffic, there is the dyke inn "To'n Spieker", bicycle rental, children's playground and a 1000 m2 playground with a beach volleyball field, badminton field, basketball basket, outdoor table tennis, sandbox and swings. -electricity, gas, final cleaning and water consumption all year round included.     “Schöner erholsamer Urlaub,
    alles sehr zu empfehlen Positiv: Die direkte Lage am Deich(Nordsee), das Ferien-Dorf ansich ist schön angelegt und gepflegt, die Mitarbeiter in der Verwaltung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Negativ: nichts, es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.️ Doch eine kleine Anmerkung worüber man vielleicht mal nachdenken kann oder könnte?, von der Hauptstr. aus kommend wäre eine Beleuchtung am Ferien-Dorf Schild als Hinweis hier geht's rein nicht schlecht. Aber vielleicht möchte man dies auch nicht um keine Menschen anzulocken, die nicht hier im Dorf wohnen.?‍️”
