This pleasant apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful country house and benefits from a large forest plot. The terrace part is reserved exclusively for you, as well as the plot facing the house. The owner lives upstairs, his entrance is on the other side of the house.
Avignon borders the departments of Gard and Bouches du Rhône and is the capital of Vaucluse, a rich and varied department worth a detour for: radiant cultural capital with its world-famous theater festival (in July). The heart of this splendid city on the banks of the Rhône, located behind the 14th century walls classified by UNESCO, lends itself to strolling in its cobbled streets, its stores, the fabulous Palais des Papes, its museums and gardens.
Nearby, unmissable: the Jardins de Saint-André in Villeneuve, designated as a remarkable garden of France and listed as a historical monument. They offer magnificent views of the Alpilles, Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, where you can do some great hiking. Between the two lies the Ile de la Barthelasse, an oasis of peace and greenery within walking distance of the center of Avignon, ideal for a walk or a bike ride.
Go to Apt, Luberon and its mountain villages or Isle sur la Sorgue with its antique stores. Take the Côtes du Rhône wine route towards Vaison-la-Romaine and discover its Gallo-Roman remains or the enclave of the popes.
Take the youngest on a trip to the Spirou amusement park and Wave Island, a water park with a tropical atmosphere.
