Die moderne Wohnanlage "Bryza" liegt im westlichen Teil der Stadt und ist nur wenige Gegminuten von der letzten UBB­station entfehrnt. Das Bild der Siedlung bestimmen die moderne Architektur der Gebäude, die grünen Innerhöfe.
In der Umgebung befinden sich Geschäfte, Restaurants und der von den Touristen gern besuchte Grenzmarkt (Polen Markt). Die Entfährnung zum Strand beträgt ca. 1,1km, zum Grenzübergang 1,5km und zum Stadtzentrum ungefähr 0,5km. An der Malczewskiego Straße liegt ein moderner, eingezäunter Spielplatz, ein Basketballplatz und eine grüne Freizeitanlage.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber und gemütlich. Es gibt viele Parkmöglichkeiten die kostenlos sind vor dem Haus. Allerdings wenn man abends nach Hause kommt muss man schon gucken ob noch was frei ist. Es könnte ein bisschen mehr Geschirr da sein und die balkontür war nicht ganz dicht so dass wer sehr empfindlich ist schon die ein oder anderen Geräusche laut zu hören waren.
