Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig auf 2 Etagen verteilt. Sie verfügt im EG über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Küche sowie einen  Aufenthaltsraum mit Schlafcouch. Über eine steile Treppe gelagen Sie ins Obergeschoss. Dort befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit Wintergarten , Zugang zur Terrasse sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer.
Kleine Hunde auf Anfrage. Frühstück auf Wunsch zubuchbar (Preis: 10,00 € pro Person/Tag).

Die Ferienwohnung Käuzchen liegt am nördlichen Stadtrand von Erfurt und ist nur ca. 6 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Gute Verkehrsanbindung an den ÖPNV.



Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Norden von Erfurt im Ortsteil Gispersleben. Das Stadtzentrum ist ca. 6 km entfernt. Wir haben eine gute Verkehrsanbindung an Straßenbahn, Bus und Bundesstraße 4 sowie die Autobahnen 71 und A4. Das Parken Ihres Fahrzeugs ist in unserer Straße möglich. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Kiliani-Parkes (im Park gibt es ein Restaurant). Die Parklandschaft am Flüsschen Gera lädt zum Spazierengehen ein. Die Wohnung ist mit ca. 100 m² großzügig auf 2 Etagen angelegt. Wintergarten, Terrasse und Grill laden zum Verweilen ein.
Frühstück kann auf vorherige Anfrage zum Preis von 10,00 pro Person angeboten werden.
