Das Schwalbennest liegt am Waldrand von Kölpinsee, fast in der Mitte der Insel Usedom und in fußläufiger Nähe zum Strand.

Es ist klein (72qm), aber fein und wirkt insbesondere durch die kleine Galerie im Obergeschoss großzügig. Ihr Frühstück können Sie bereits am Vormittag auf der Sonnenterasse genießen. Im Erdgeschoss lädt der helle offene Wohn-Küchen-Bereich zum Verweilen ein. Für Zerstreuung sorgt ein Fernseher oder das WLAN, mit dem Sie problemlos ins Internet gelangen. Mit dem Internetradio  können Sie grenzenlos Ihre Wunschsender hören.

Die Küche ist mit einem Ofen, Herd, Geschirrspüler sowie einer Kühl-Gefrierschrank-Kombination ausgestattet. Zudem befindet sich im Erdgeschoss das Bad mit angenehm großer Dusche sowie einer Waschmaschine. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein größeres Schlafzimmer, das mit einem Doppelbett (160x200cm) und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer, welches mit einem Schlafsofa (140x200cm) ausgestattet sind. Ihren PKW können Sie unter dem Carport auf dem Grundstück abstellen.

Durch den Wald gelangen Sie nach etwa 300m an die Steilküste an den Strand oder wenn Sie noch 200m weiter gehen zu den Dünen an den Strand.

Einem gelungenen Aufenthalt im Schwalbennest steht folglich nichts mehr im Wege.
