Lage im Grünen, Am See, Bahnhofsnähe, Ortsrand, Nahe Golfplatz, Nähe Seilbahn, Seenähe, im Tal, Romantisches Gebäude, Am Berg, Ruhige Lage

Unser Ferienidyll liegt auf einem sonnigen Plateau oberhalb von Sautens im Ötztal inmitten von Wiesen und Wäldern.
Die Entfernung zum Ortskern beträgt ca. 3 km, nach Ötz ca. 6 km.
Bei uns sind Hunde herzlich willkommen.
Wir bieten zur kostenlosen Benützung einen  Grillplatz, Kinderspielplatz und weitläufige Liegewiesen. Ein privater Naturteich, der nicht zum Haus gehört, befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Piburgersee ist von uns aus in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Internet WLan in allen fünf Ferienwohnungen und Häusern kostenlos.

Wir vermieten das Landhaus Anna mit  (für 1 - 6 Personen), das Chalet Astrid (1-4 P) und 4 Ferienwohnungen im Haupthaus. (für 1-6 Personen).

Sie erreichen die tollsten Schigebiete Tirols von uns aus in wenigen Autominuten. In 5 Autominuten sind Sie beim Schigebiet Hochötz.
In das Schigebiet Kühtai kommen Sie in 25 Autominuten und nach Sölden in 30 Autominuten.
Nach Ober- und Hochgurgl gelangen Sie in 45 Minuten.
Wir bieten einen kostenlosen Skishuttle zur nahegelegenen Talstation des Skigebiets Hochoetz-Kühtai.

Weitere Wintersportmöglichkeiten: 2 Rodelbahnen in unmittelbarer Nähe unserer Anlage. Eislaufen, Nachtschilauf, Langlauf, Eisstockschießen etc.
