This spacious XXL semi-detached house is located in the small coastal town of Turanj.

The beautifully furnished interior offers 8 air-conditioned bedrooms with 8 bathrooms. There is also a shared kitchen and a comfortable living room with plenty of entertainment and relaxation options. For added comfort, there is a Finnish sauna, heated pool and jacuzzi, and a beautiful sun terrace. For the little ones there is a children's pool of 9 m2, but also additional children's facilities.

Only 200 meters from the house there is a pebble beach. Turanj is a small tourist resort in the Pa?man Channel, surrounded by a small archipelago of 16 islands. It was named after the towers that were built to defend against Turkish attacks. The Lungomare promenade connects Turanj with the center of the nearby town of Sv. Filip i Jakov. What makes it attractive is that at the same time it is far enough from the hustle and bustle, but again close enough to all tourist facilities.
In the center of Turanj there is a church dedicated to Our Lady of Mount Carmel from the 15th century. Above the settlement in the place of Crni Krug there are remains of fortresses from the Iron Age. The archaeological area of Tuklja?a is also interesting, where a church was built on the remains of the Roman Villa Rustica. The neighboring island of Babac is the only inhabited island in the archipelago and an ideal destination for a day trip. On it you can visit the church of St. Andrew from the 13th century and the first lighthouse in the Pa?man Channel from 1874. For nature lovers we recommend a visit to the nature park with the largest natural lake, Lake Vrana, which is the habitat of many endangered bird species. Near Biograd there is also an amusement park for all ages.
