Garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 600 m, supermarket 6 km, railway station "Bra" 12 km. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.

    “Uns hat das Haus mit allem drum und dran (Ausstattung) sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastroküche war etwas für uns Hobbyköche. Es war alles in einem Top-Zustand. Da wir nur zu Viert waren, hatten wir freie Zimmerauswahl, das heißt die wenig befahrene Straße störte nicht. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend, auch was die angebotene Weinauswahl betraf, wurde der Lieblingswein gerne wieder aufgefüllt. Mitte September 2010 (!) wurden auch Pool und Gartenmöbel oft genutzt, ebenso die kleine eigene Terrasse mit Grill.”

    “Die Ausstattung ist gut, von der Stereoanlage über ordentliche Weingläser bis zur Waschmaschine ist ziemlich alles vorhanden. Über die Gastronomieküche kann man geteilter Meinung sein. Wir waren zu 8. unterwegs, da waren große Töpfe und Pfannen und Platz in der Küche vorteilhaft. Den Pool konnten wir leider (im Oktober) wegen sonniger aber kalter Witterung nicht nutzen. Er hat aber eine ausreichende Größe.
    Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Ortsmitte und in der Nähe einer Ausfallstraße. Ein Schlafzimmer ist dieser zugewandt und daher nachts etwas von Verkehrsgeräuschen belastet. Bei den anderen Zimmern ist dies nicht gravierend aufgefallen.
    Das Objekt ist frisch renoviert und in sehr gutem Zustand.
    Die Sauberkeit hat etwas unter der wohl starken Auslastung gelitten, wobei dies nur an einzelnen Dingen zum tragen kam (z. B. war die Kaffeemaschine und einige Küchengerätschaften stark reinigungsbedürftig; Staubflusen hinter den Betten).
    Am Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gibt es aber insgesamt nichts zu mäkeln. Auch die in der Wohnung angebotenen Weine sind preislich ok.”
