Das Haus liegt am Ortsausgang im Süden Westerlands, ca. 350 m Fußweg zum Strand. Der Westbalkon erlaubt die Abendsonne zu geniessen.
 
Wegbeschreibung:
Vom Bahnhof Richtung Hörnum, der Straße "Trift" folgen bis zur Süderstraße, links einbiegen und bis zum Ortsausgang Westerland fahren. Dort (am Wäldchen) rechts fahren und gleich wieder rechts in die Theodor-Heuss-Straße abbiegen.



Das 4-stöckige Appartementhaus liegt sehr ruhig im Süden von Westerland am Südwäldchen.
Das Appartment hat 2-Zimmer, eine separate Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche.
 
Modernisiert in 2017: Neues schickes Bad (hell und belüftet), Wohn- und Schlafzimmer renoviert. 
Im Jahr 2014 wurden die Aussenfassade und die Balkone komplett renoviert.
