Das 55 qm große Ferienhaus steht auf einem separaten Gartengrundstück (ca. 300 qm) eines Bauernhofes. Es ist einfach ausgestattet mit einem Wohnraum (Polstermöbel mit Schlaffunktion, Flachbild-TV, Radio), einem Schlafraum (Doppelbett, Polsterliege), einer kleinen Küche (Essplatz, E-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, div. Küchengeräte) sowie einem Bad mit DU/WC und E-Heizung. Vorhanden sind eine möblierte Sitzecke im Garten, Grill, Unterstellmöglichkeit für mitgebrachte Fahrräder und Parkplatz. Rinder und Pferdehaltung auf angrenzenden Koppeln. Angelmöglichkeit auf priv. Gewässer, Boot nach Vereinbarung.
 
Im Gesamtpreis sind die Endreinigung, Bettwäsche sowie der Wasser- und Energieverbrauch enthalten. Handtücher sind bitte selbst mitzubringen. Haustiere sind in diesem Objekt nicht gestattet.



Liepgarten liegt unmittelbar an der Gemarkungsgrenze zu Ueckermünde, einer über 800 Jahre alten Hafenstadt am Stettiner Haff. Seit Neuem darf Ueckermünde den Titel Seebad führen. Gaststätte, Einkauf und Kanuverleih im Ort. Bis zum Haffbad sind es ca. 5 km. Schöne, waldreiche Umgebung.
