Die Ferienwohnungen wurden im August 2013 neu erbaut.
Alle Ferienwohnungen sind mit einer modernen Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, E-Herd, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler sowie Flachbild-Fernseher ausgestattet. Neben der kompletten Küchenausstattung werden Handtücher und Bettwäsche bereit gestellt. 
Alle Räume sind gefliest und mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet.
Zu jeder Wohnung gehört eine großzügige Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm. Ebenso gibt es einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.
Im gesamten Objekt ist WLAN vorhanden.

Anreise über die Lautaer Str., direkt neben der Hausnummer 3

Von Mitte März bis Ende Oktober jeden Jahres erhebt die Stadt Senftenberg einen Kurbeitrag.
