Die 2-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung mit 60 qm für bis zu 4 Personen ist mit einem großzügigen, offenen Wohn- und Essbereich ausgestattet und mit Einbauküche, Flachbildschirm und Radio/CD Anlage eingerichtet. Auf der zweiten Wohnebene befindet sich das Bad mit Wellnesscharakter. Entspannen Sie sich durch eine Massage im Whirlpool oder nutzen Sie die modern gestaltete Dusche. Im begrünten Innenhof können Sie frühstücken oder den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen.

Die Stadtvilla Warnemünde liegt zentral im Ostseebad Warnemünde. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich Starnd, Promenade, Restaurants und Cafés. Ebenfalls problemlos fußläufig zu erreichen sind Apotheke, Ärzte und unterschiedliche Einkaufsmärkte.


Die Stadtvilla Warnemünde liegt Im Herzen des Ostseebads. Sie beherbergt 4 exklusive Ferienwohungen mitten in Warnemünde. Von hier sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Alten Strom, dem Kirchenplatz oder den Strand der Ostsee.
 
Die vier exklusiv ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen in der Stadtvilla von Warnemünde sind bis zu 78 qm groß und für bis zu 6 Personen buchbar. Die Ferienwohnungen sind großzügig geschnitten, warmherzig und stilvoll eingerichtet, zum Teil mit Whirlpool, Fußbodenheizung, 2 seperaten Schlafzimmern sowie großen Terrassen. Alle Ferienwohnungen verfügen über exklusive Einbauküchen bis hin zu hochwertigen Schlaf-und Wohnzimmern. Alle Bäder sind mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet.
 
Die Stadtvilla Warnemünde wurde 2010 komplett saniert und Ihrem Charakter entsprechend wieder aufgebaut.
 
Die Ferienwohnungen verfügen über einen kostenlosen Internet-WLAN Zugang. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Pro Ferienwohnung kann ein Parkplatz beim Vermieter gebucht werden.

    “Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre und verfügt über eine gehobene Ausstattung und ist in einem gepflegten Zustand.
    Einzig der Zugang zum Badezimmer über eine schmale Treppe hinab ins Badezimmer im Souterrain ist nichts für Bewegungs eingeschränkte Menschen”
