Das Erdgeschoss hat eine Höhe von 2,10 m mit einer sichtbaren alten Balkendecke und ist im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Ins obere Schlafzimmer führt eine Raumspartreppe. Das Erdgeschoss ist gefließt, das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat einen Korkparkettboden. Das Haus hat eine Südterrasse.

Der Hof Seelvitz liegt in absolute Alleinlage zwischen Putbus und dem Ostseebad Binz. Eine Bahnverbindung besteht am Haltepunkt Seelvitz des Rasenden Rolands. Der Bus hält 1,5 km entfernt an der Kreuzung nach Groß Stresow. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Putbus/ Lauterbach.


Natur pur und doch "Mittendrin". Der Hof Seelvitz grenzt an das Biosphärenreservat Südost Rügen. Der Rasende Roland fährt in 200 m Entfernung an unserem Hof vorbei. In 600 m Entfernung befindet sich der Haltepunkt Seelvitz, der Sie mit allen Ostseebädern Rügens verbindet.
Das Ferienhaus wurde 2012 komplett saniert, reetgedeckt und liebevoll für unsere Gäste eingerichtet. Es befindet sich separat auf der Hofstelle mit einer Südterrasse mit Blick auf den Rasenden Roland und den Circus von Putbus. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der Wohnraum, die Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und das Duschbad. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten.

Das Mitbringen eines gut erzogenen Hundes (max. 2 Hunde) ist gegen Gebühr in Höhe von 5,00 EUR pro Hund und Tag möglich.
