Das Appartement 10 (1.OG) ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem Komfort, wie gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Ceran-Kochfeld, Backofen offen zum Wohnbereich.Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett,Schrank, TV und Safe. Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC.Liebevoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich,Schlafcouch als Aufbettung für 1 weitere Person möglich, TV, Radio und DVD-Player. Balkon vom Wohn sowie Schlafraum begehbar mit kleinem Meerblick. Fahrradabstellraum sowie ein kostenfreier Tiefgaragenparkplatz ( keine großen PKWs) steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
Wäschepaket auf Wunsch pro Person 25,-. Bitte um Vorbestellung oder gleich online dazu buchen.
In der Hauptsaison sind nur Anschlußbuchungen möglich, siehe Belegungsplan !!



Die Villa Maria wurde zur Jahrtausendwende neu erbaut . Einige Wohnungen verfügen über Meerblick. Im Keller des Hauses steht Ihnen ein gemeinschaftlicher Fahrradraum  zur Verfügung. In der Tiefgarage kann der PKW kostenfrei abgestellt werden.
