Not only winter, but also all seasons, you can live here absolutely comfortably, go skiing, wandering, swimming, jogging, climbing, cycling, fishing or rafting.



Facilities

This holiday apartment is a part of “Schoenblick Mountain“ holiday resort where you can use all facilities e.g. Ski basement, sauna (shared with other guests), heating (floor heating), grill (shared with other guests) , underground parking house, pool (shared with other guests, heated, roofed, open from mid-May up to and including Oct, open from mid-Dec up to and including mid-Apr)

Please note that the indoor and outdoor pools, the sauna, the whirlpool and SPA are closed in spring from mid-April to mid-May and in autumn from late October to mid-December.



Neighbourhood

Rauris is located in the Hohe Tauern National Park (1800 km², largest nature reserve in the Eastern Alps). With its wealth of treasures, the Rauris Valley is often referred to as the "secret jewel" of the national park. With its unique cultural and historical past, gold mining and its role as an important trade route, there are natural beauties such as vultures in the Krumltal or the mineralogical treasures of the Tauern window, lush alpine meadows, impressive glaciers and waterfalls as well as the natural beauties of the Rauris primeval forest in Kolm Saigurn and the Rauriser UrQuell in Hüttwinkltal, Rauris Valley, is truly an amazing world of unforgettable nature experiences.

The downtown of Rauris is only 400 m away from the apartment. The high alpine gondola lift which takes you directly to the Rauris ski area is 200 m away. The Rauris ski area is particularly suitable for beginners and small. It is a pleasant ski area for families. There‘re 30 km of slopes and 10 ski lifts in Rauris. One of the new lifts can bring you up to 2200 m.

Arab customers

The apartment is not compliant with Arab customers. There will be not done any adjustments for Arabic religion. The apartment is furnished christian religiously and Arabic customers have to respect it. In case arabic client do some changes in apartment, that will be deducted from the deposit for a fee. The communication is in German, English, Chinese or Polish and not Arabic, this language is not supported. Please read communications rules from booking-com.
