Die 30m² große Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre eines Wohnhauses (separater Eingang). Sie verfügt über Wohn-/Schlafraum, Küche mit Essbereich sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Der Wohn-/Schlafraum ist mit einem Doppelbett (160x200) ausgestattet. Außerdem steht eine Schlafcouch (90x200) als Aufbettung zur Verfügung. Ein Kinderbeistellbett kann ebenfalls bereit gestellt werden. Die separate Küchenzeile ist mit zwei Kochplatten, Spülbecken, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Weiterhin befindet sich ein Esstisch mit Stühlen im Raum.
Internet-WLAN ist steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Eine Terrasse steht zur Verfügung.



Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Wohnhaus der Vermieter in Prohn (8km nördich von Stralsund). Prohn liegt am Rande des Nationalparks "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" und lädt zu Wanderungen, Radtouren und Naturbeobachtungen ein.
Die Sandstrände auf dem Darß/Zingst, die Hansestadt Stralsund und Deutschlands größte Insel Rügen sind leicht mit dem PKW erreichbar.


Die beiden Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in einem Wohnhaus in Prohn (8km nördlich von Stralsund). Beide Ferienwohnungen werden über einen separaten Eingang betreten und verfügen über einen Wohn- und Schlafraum, Küche und ein Badezimmer.
Auf dem Grundstück gibt es eine große Freifläche (Rasen) sowie eine Grillmöglichkeit, die alleinig von den Feriengästen genutzt werden. Kinder und kleinere Haustiere sind gerne gesehen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
