Die freundliche, komplett neu renovierte Nichtraucherwohnung mit liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmter Einrichtung, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Gründerzeithauses in der Andreasvorstadt . Das 68 m² große Apartment besteht aus einem kombinierten Wohn/Schlafzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Balkon und einem modernen Bad/WC.  Ein schöner großer Balkon mit Blick auf den mediterran angelegten Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Unseren Gästen steht ein kostenloser PKW-Stellplatz sowie Internet zur Verfügung.

Die Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Gründerzeithauses in der Andreasvorstadt . Auf 68 m² verteilen sich: kombiniertes Wohn/Schlafzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Balkon, modernes Bad/WC.  kostenloser PKW-Stellplatz und Internet stehen zur Verfügung.




Die Ferienwohnung "In der Andreasvorstadt" liegt ca. 10-15 Gehminuten nördlich der Altstadt. Darüber hinaus besteht eine gute Straßenbahnanbindung in die Altstadt (Haltestelle in 5 Minuten erreichbar).



Unsere freundliche, komplett neu renovierte Nichtraucherwohnung mit liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmter Einrichtung, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Gründerzeithauses in der Andreasvorstadt, nahe der Altstadt (in 10 - 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar). Darüber hinaus besteht eine gute Straßenbahnanbindung (Haltestelle in 5 Minuten erreichbar).

Die 68 m² große Ferienwohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einer Küche, einem modernen Bad/WC sowie einem Balkon.
Das kombinierte Wohn/Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Boxspringbett (Maße 1,80 mx 2m) sowie einer kleinen Eckcouch und einem TV ausgestattet. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer stehen 2 getrennte Betten. Das dritte Zimmer verfügt über ein Einzelbett. 
Der schöne große Balkon mit Blick auf den mediterran angelegten Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Unseren Gästen steht ein kostenloser PKW-Stellplatz sowie Internet zur Verfügung.
