Modern ausgestattetes Doppelzimmer (25m²) im Erdgeschoss des Mehrfamilienhauses- es verfügt über ein Boxspringbett, Sat-TV, Flachbildschirm, kleine Sitzecke mit mit Tisch und 2 Sesseln, Kleiderschrank, Teppichfußboden, Rolläden und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und Föhn. Eine Aufbettung im Zimmer für eine 3. Person ist möglich, ein Kinderreisebett kann bei Bedarf gestellt werden. Die Küche, in der auch das Frühstück serviert wird, kann gern gegen eine Zusatzgebühr genutzt werden.

Die Privatzimmer "Am Ginkgobaum" liegen ca. 15 Gehminuten südlich der Altstadt und auch in fußläufiger Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Eine sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ermöglicht eine schnelle Erreichbarkeit aller Sehenswürdigkeiten, des ega-Parkes und der Messe Erfurt.



Unser Haus liegt zentrumsnah und verfügt über eine sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Auch Veranstaltungsorte wie Messehalle, Thüringenhalle, Dom und Theater liegen unweit unserer Gästezimmer. Wir verfügen über 2 Gästezimmer für je 2 Personen und eine Ferienwohnung.Eine Aufbettung in den Gästezimmern ist jeweils für eine 3. Person möglich. Das Frühstück für 8,00 € pro Person ist vor Ort gern zubuchbar
