Zwei Doppelzimmer unterschiedlicher Größe (25 m² und 30 m²) mit Gemeinschaftsdusche und -WC im Obergeschoss des Einfamilienhauses.

Auf derselben Etage befindet sich eine große Küche, die gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden kann.

Das Frühstück kann für 8,20 EUR pro Person dazu gebucht werden und wird in dieser Küche gereicht.



Lubkow ist ein ländlicher Ortsteil von der Inselhauptstadt Bergen (ca. 10 km von Bergen entfernt) und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Kleinen Jasmunder Boddens. Der Ostseestrand liegt ungefähr 10 Min. (mit dem Auto) entfernt.



Das reetgedeckte Landhaus ist ein Einfamilienhaus. Auf dem Grundstück finden Sie einen großen Garten mit Sitz- und Grillecke, die Ihnen zur Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Im Anbau befinden sich die zwei Ferienwohnungen. Weitere drei Doppelzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsdusche und WC befinden sich unter dem Dach des Einfamilienhauses. Reisende, die die Ruhe genießen, zum Strand jedoch nicht allzu weit fahren möchten, sind hier genau richtig.



Pkw-Stellplätze sind vorhanden. Das Wäschepaket ist nicht im Preis enthalten, kann aber für 11,00 EUR pro Paket (Bettwäsche und Handtücher) hinzugebucht oder selbst mitgebracht werden.
