Die Ferienwohnung befindet in der schönen Bodenseelandschaft zwischen Ravensburg und Friedrichshafen, in Brochenzell, einem Teilort von Meckenbeuren.
Sie ist ca. 70qm groß und liegt im OG eines Einfamilienhauses und besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern mit Wohnbereich und TV, ein Bad mit WC (renoviert 2022) und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Essbereich für 4 Personen.
Zu Fuß zu erreichen ist ein Bäcker und Gastronomie im Ort. 1km weiter gibt es ein Einkaufscenter mit mehreren Supermärkten, sowie ein Bankautomat und den Bahnhof. Das Ravensburger Spieleland ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum Friedrichhafen ist nach 11 km zu erreichen, sowie Ravensburg in ca. 12 km .
Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus und WLAN steht in der Wohnung zur Verfügung.

The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
