Das Chalet liegt auf der Südseite des Rhônetals oberhalb von Sion (Sitten) in der Gemeinde Ayent (Fortunau).
Der atemberaubende Ausblick beginnt im Osten mit der Gemeinde Crans Montana über die südlich gelegene Christus-König-Statue bis rechts ins Rhônetal. Den spektakulären Sonnenaufgang sowie den Sonnenuntergang können Sie von der riesigen Veranda mit diversen Sitzgelegenheiten geniessen.
Das Parterre mit dem Wintergarten und dem Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Dusche und WC sind kernsaniert. Direkt über dem Cheminee ist der grosse Flachbildschirm-TV mit Netflix und WLAN. Der obere Wohnbereich hat eine Dusche und ein WC mit drei Schlafzimmer die teilrenoviert sind (neue Betten und Böden).
Ein grosser elektrischer Rollsonnenschirm spendet genug Schatten um die auf dem Grill gegarten Köstlichkeiten zu geniessen.
