Here you stay just a few minutes walk from the center of Borgholm and have only 150 meters to the water and swimming area.
The house has a nice veranda to enjoy sunny days and nice summer evenings outside. Borgholm has a good selection of stores and restaurants. Here you will also find pastry stores, ice cream parlors and nice little stores. The house is located at the end of the street in an older residential area. Here you will find a nice living room and kitchen in an open floor plan with a wood stove. The beds are divided into 3 bedrooms and next to them is also a bathroom. On the gable you will find another nice and covered terrace.
Öland is rich in sights and activities for all ages. Here you will find Ismanstorp's castle, Eketorp's castle and Gråborg, among others. If you are a golfer, you have found the right place - Öland has several good golf courses and closest to them you will find Ekerums Golf Club with its 3 courses. In the south you will find Öland's zoo and amusement park with water park.
