The chalet is located in the Top-skiarena Zillertal Arena, on the Gerlosplatte, above a few houses, in a sunny location. Access by car.

From the cottage you have direct access to the skiing area Zillertal. From here you can ski until Zell im Zillertal. All in all there are 165km slopes for advanced skiers as well as for beginners. Perfect slopes and an area where snow is assured until spring. Cross-country ski run and hiking trails start directly in front of the cottage. Ski school 2km, toboggan run Filzsteinalm 2km. Breakfast service and sports shop nearby. Next places for shopping are Königsleiten 1km, Krimml 10km and Gerlos 11km.

A double room. 2 showers, 2 toilets. On the 2nd floor are 2 double rooms and a loft with 4 single beds (can be adjusted where you want them). Heating with tiled stove and electrically. Wi-Fi.
