This lovely villa has it all: an excellent situation at a 5 minute drive from Nerja, sea views from the private pool area, a garden with lawn where the kids can play, a shaded veranda for a siesta or a barbecue, and spacious accommodation throughout. What else could you possibly wish for a perfect holiday?


 


Location and outside area


The villa is situated approx. 2 kms north from Nerja and within an easy drive from its humming town centre where you will find tapa bars and restaurants for all tastes. The nearest beach (3 km) is just a 10 minutes drive away. The villa is provided with a private entrance lane leading to its' elegant parking area whilst an extensive mature garden with lawn surrounds the villa. From the south facing veranda, you will enjoy the excellent views on the surrounding countryside out to the Mediterranean. The private, fish-shaped pool (6x12m) is situated a few steps down and supplied with sun loungers, umbrellas and a little pool house. For a day trip, you shouldn't miss the Alhambra Palace in Granada or the Picasso museum in Malaga. If you prefer to visit the typical whitewashed villages of Andalucia, then don't doubt to drive to nearby Frigiliana, Competa or any other village of the Axarquia area.


 


Inside and lay-out


The property offers spacious accommodation throughout. As seen from the pool area, the left wing of the building is a semi-independent annexe with 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen. The centre of the building is occupied by a spacious lounge/living room, a separate dining room, the main kitchen, and a central patio. Four bedrooms are located in the right wing of the building. The lounge is divided in two sitting areas with 5 sofas, a satellite-TV, and a fireplace. From here doors open onto the veranda. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and fridge/freezer. The 4 bedrooms in the right wing consist of one double and 3 twins, all with their own ensuite bathroom (over bath shower, WC, and basin). In the annexe you will find a double and twin bedroom and a shared bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, and washbasin. A stair case leads up to the first floor and can be closed to avoid danger for smaller children. The first floor is not furnished and may be used as a sitting area.
