Villa Mare Exclusive is located on the edge of Spadici in the suburbs of Poreč , about 700 m from the sea and 2 km from the city center. The villa (half of the semi-detached house) has a fenced garden with an infinity pool of 50m2, a covered terrace with barbecue, outdoor dining furniture ,deck chairs and a lounge area.
The specialty of this villa is the beautiful view of sea from the ground floor and the garden, as well from other floors of the villa. Due to its location, Villa Mare Exclusive is an ideal holiday home in Porec, where you can enjoy in tranquility ,but at the same time be less than 10 minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants and many other amenities.
The landlord occasionally stays in another part of the villa, but the garden and the yard are exclusively for the guests.
Villa Mare Exclusive is a modern holiday villa with a swimming pool, with total living area of 200 m², on 3 luxuriously and designerly furnished floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a richly equipped kitchen. With the separate toilet on same floor. At the ground floor there is also a small fitness studio.
The living room opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool area and offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and sea.
On the first floor there are two spacious and air-conditioned double bedrooms ,each with en-suite shower / WC and SAT-TV. On the 2nd floor is another double en-suite room . This room offers a private bathroom, with large bathtub overlooking the glass wall and beautiful sunsets. The villa is fully air-conditioned, offers a WLAN and two parking places are avaliable for guests.
The pool is heated outside the summer season.

Visitor's tax and security deposit: visitor's tax inclusive, Kurtaxe / Tourismussteuer, security deposit EUR 300.00 (mandatory, payable at location)
General terms and conditions of provider
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
