“Hübsches reetgedecktes Haus, ruhige Lage und schöne Aussicht auf den Ententeich. Neu renoviertes Bad. Hat unsere Erwartungen gut erfüllt. Super Strand und Dünen und ideale Fahrradwege. Hunde freundlich. Aber Kosten gemäß der Anzeige plus nachträgliche Nebenkosten für ein Haus mit einem Badezimmer plus ein Gästeklo erscheinen mir relativ hoch im Vergleich zu anderen baugleichen Häusern im selben Feriendorf.”
