Diese grosszügige 3.5-Zi.-Ferienwohnung (100 qm) befindet sich an der Strandpromenade von Ventimiglia. Fußweg zum öffentlichen Kiesstrand 3 Minuten entfernt.  Wohnzimmer und beide Schlafzimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Küche komplett mit Küchenutensilien. Lift zur Verfügung. Zwei Balkone mit Meeressicht Richtung Côte d'Azur. Täglich finden Sie auch am Markt von Ventimiglia frisches Obst, Gemüse sowie einen grosszügigen Fischmarkt. Für die Strandbenützung fallen keine Gebühren an und es sind Duschen vorhanden. Balkone 2017/2018 wurden neu gemacht ! Die Wohnung wird auch ab und zu durch den Eigentümer benutzt. Ausserdem haben Sie die Möglichkeit die schöne weiteren näheren Ortschaften zu erkundigen, z.B. San Remo, Montecarlo, Nizza...etc etc.

    “Wir werden diese Wohnung bestimmt noch einmal mieten. Sie liegt direkt am Meer und wer Italien liebt, fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Positiv: Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt”
