2.5-room air-conditioned apartment in Varazze, with sea views, terrace, garden with sun loungers and outdoor shower, a pizza oven in the summer kitchen, large private parking space. 2.7 km from Varazze beach. Private terrace with a gas grill and a table with four comfortable chairs. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with high-quality Swiss frame and mattress from Bico and a single bed (90 x 200 cm) also with a good mattress. In the living room there is a sofa bed (sleeping area 150 x 200 cm) on which one can also sleep comfortably. Both rooms can be made dark. You must bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them from us at 20 euros per person.
An e-scooter is included, you can put it in your car, drive to the beach and drop off your family, then find a parking space and return to them by e-scooter. Alternatively there is a city bus to the beach which costs 1.50 euros per person and only takes 10 minutes, or a taxi for 12 euros. The bus stop is 80 meters away. You can also rent our e-mountain bikes (from just 10 euros per day) and ride the e-bike to the beach and back to the apartment. You can also rent electric scooters from us (Xiaomi Pro, can climb hills). The mostly sandy beach of Varazze is known for its clear and particularly warm water (usually the warmest in all of Liguria). You can use our inflatable stand up paddle board for free!
Hiking and cycling trails of the Monte Beigua National Park begin close to the house. Within a short walk you can reach a pizzeria-restaurant-bar, a grocery store and a traditional Ligurian restaurant.
In the apartment there is a 42 inch plasma television (international TV channels available), SONY PS3 with a few games, a collection of DVDs and Blurays, a laptop PC, board games. The coffee machine is Nespresso.
