Sie werden die absolute Nähe des Strandes (in weniger als 2 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen) und die ruhige Umgebung sehr geniessen.
Das Ess-Wohnzimmer (über 30m²) mit vollausgestatteter Küche ist sehr hell und freundlich. Das grosse Schiebefenster öffnet sich auf dem eingezäunten Garten mit einer sonnigen Terrasse.
