Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem 2-Familienhaus, sehr ruhig gelegen. Die grosszügige Wohnung ist sonnig und mit allem gästefreundlichen Komfort eingerichtet.
Bodenheizung, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank-Gefrier Kombi, Mikrowelle, Radio-und CD-Player, TV vorhanden.
Langlaufoipe befindet sich direckt auf die anderen Strassenseite. Von uns gestartet können Sie bis nach Maloja mit der Langlaufski unterwegs sein. Im März finden jedes Jahr mehrere berühmten Rennen statt. Frauenlauf, Engadiener Ski Marathon, Maloja-Zernez Lauf.
Schlittenweg ist auch in Zernez ... unsere Schlitten dürfen auch mitbenutzt kostenlos werden.
Bus und Bahnhof in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Besucherzentrum Nationalpark, Familienbad und Sportcenter in ca.5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Spaziergänge können direkt vom Haus begonnen werden.
Gerne können Gäste nach Absprache mit der Vermieterin auch ihre Haustiere mitnehmen- gegen Aufpreis. Wir bitten Sie höflich zu beachten, dass Ihre Lieblinge beim Ankunft und während dem Aufenthalt nicht läufig sind. Vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihre mitdenken ?
Wir hatten nicht nur Hunde sondern auch andere Haustieren.... Papagai, Meerschweinchen :)
