The double house was built 2011 and is located right beside the chairlift Prui (built new in 2010), facing  the ski- and hiking  area Motta Naluns.
The apartment is located on the first floor and can be accessed by stairs. The surface of the appartment is 40.5 m2., the generous terrace comes with 20 m2. From the living room, the sleeping room and the terrace you have a great view south towards the village Ftan and the Engadin Dolomites.
Wardrobe : 6 m2, with an open wardrobe
Kitchen and living room: 21 m2.
The kitchen comes with a glass ceramic stove (4 cooking areas), steam filter, oven, dish washer, fridge with freezing compartment, microwave oven, coffee machine (Nespresso), water boiler, Sodastream, toaster and a cleaning materials. All dishes and cooking equipment (incl. sets for Raclette and Fondue) and all kitchen laundry are available. Cooking basics such as oil, vinagre, spices etc. are also available.
The living room has a double couch and an armchair, flatscreen TV, Internet, free Wi-Fi.
Sleeping room : 22 m2. Double bed  (two single beds  90 x 190 cm that can be separated), wardrobe with 3 doors, bed laundry available.
Toilet/ shower : 2.4 m2. Shower, toilet, wash-basin. Towels available.
Terrace : ca. 20 m2. With a lounge, sunshade, grill, view-protected. Towards south west (sun on midday and in the evening).

Other: cellar for skies and bikes etc., own washing mashine. Non smoking apartment, no pets requestet. Physiotherapie praxis in the house.

    “Wir hatten herrliche Ferien und waren sehr aktiv mit dem Mountain Bike und zu Fuss. Region und Unterkunft Top, wir kommen wieder. Positiv: Die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Weitblick auf Ftan und die Berge ist sicher das Highlight. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist vorallem im Winter perfekt, da unmittelbar unterhalb der Sesselbahn für ins Skigebiet. Wohnung selber ist zwar klein aber für 2 Personen ist es gut. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist modern und es hat alles was man braucht. Negativ: Bad ist sehr klein aber trotzdem kein Problem. Restaurant: Restaurant Astras, Scuol - Schöne Terrasse. Sehr, sehr grosse Portionen. Ausflüge: Wanderung von Ftan auf den Piz Clunas - Wanderung ca. 3 1/2”

    “sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung zu einem guten Preis Positiv: reiche Ausstattung, grosse Terrasse Negativ: Nasszelle etwas eng (gewöhnungsbedürftig), erfüllt aber ihren Zweck voll.”
