The well-maintained holiday home is on a sunny south-facing slope at the top of the well-kept chalet area "Sonnmatt" in Mogelsberg, near the well-known "BAUMWIPFELPFAD Neckertal" (TREE PEAK PATH). The location is quiet and offers a magnificent view of the picturesque hilly landscape of the Neckertal. The large terrace as well as the balcony invite you to enjoy nature and just let your mind wander. The chalet settlement consists of permanently inhabited as well as weekend and holiday homes. The village center of Mogelsberg is approx. 600m or approx. 8 minutes on foot. The chalet can only be reached via around 100 steps and is therefore less recommended for people with limited mobility. However, the outside parking lot is located directly at the staircase. A cozy chalet with lots of charm for 2 - 5 people: 84m² spread over 4 levels. 3 bedrooms, living room with dining area. 2 bathrooms. The house has electric underfloor heating in the living rooms and electric storage heaters in the bedrooms.

    “Das Chalet "Traumfleck" ist ideal für Leute, die eine komfortable Unterkunft suchen, in der sie Ruhe und Erholung finden, weitab von Touristenströmen und Hyperaktivitäten und die fit genug sind, um die 100 Treppenstufen problemlos rauf und runter zu bewältigen ;-). Positiv: Die nette, unkomplizierte Gastgeberin und das Vertrauen, das sie uns entgegen gebracht hat; eine gepflegte, funktionstüchtige Ausstattung, die KEINE Wünsche offen lässt, inkl. Grill-Ausstattung; die ruhige, ungestörte Lage mit toller Aussicht; die Nähe zum wunderschönen Baumwipfelpfad, dem Gourmet-Restaurant "Rössli" und dem gutbürgerlichen Restaurant "Löwen"... Negativ: Da fällt uns beim besten Willen NICHTS ein! Restaurant: Gasthaus "Rössli" in Mogelsberg - Sehr sympathisches Oeko/Gourmet-Restaurant, welches seinen hohen Standard seit vielen Jahren hält und somit einen verlässlichen Wert darstellt, mit wunderbar abwechslungsreicher, kreativer, aber unprätentiöser Küche aus frischen Bioprodukten.     “Hier kann man Abschalten und die Natur geniessen. Für Wanderfreunde die das Neckertal kennenlernen möchten ein idealer Ort. Positiv: Uns hat es im Traumfleck rundum gefallen- gerne empfehlen wir es weiter. Ausgezeichnet ausgestattet, es hat alles was man braucht. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Restaurant: Hotel Löwen in Mogelsberg - gut bürgerliche Küche, gute Bedienung, Preis/Leistung stimmt.”
