Die Liegenschaft ist im Winter wie auch im Sommer gut mit Pw und zu Fuss erreichbar und liegt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Die Haltestellen des öffentlichen Verkehrs sind nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichbar.
