Falls viel Schnee vorhanden ist, muss das Auto an der Hauptstrasse geparkt werden (Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden) und ca. 300 M. zu Fuss um ans Haus zu gelangen. Das bedeutet kein Verkehr und viel Ruhe. Ohne Schnee ist eine Zufahrt bis zum Haus möglich (Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden). Das Haus ist nicht komplett umzäunt und die Aussenanlage ist teils video-überwacht.
Das Haus ist ein idealer Startpunkt für Wanderungen oder Schneeschuhwanderungen, z.B. ins Val di Campo, eine geschüttzte Region mit sehr romantischen Seen. Die Natur um das Haus und die Wandermöglichkeiten kombiniert mit einer schönen Aussicht sind einmalig. Die Schweizer Qualität und die Italienische Art machen diese Region einmalig. Gutes Essen zu anständigen Preisen.
