2.5-room apartment on the ground floor in a two-family house. Surface 50 m². Ideal for 2 people. Very comfortable also for elderly or disabled people.
Furnished apartment with exit to the garden and garden furniture. Possibility of outdoor parking.
Prada is a very quiet and sunny village in Li Curt, near Poschiavo. Superb views of the mountains and the surrounding landscape.
5 min. walk from the Postbus stop and Li Curt train stop. About 5 min. by car from the village of Poschiavo and from the lake at Le Prese. Grocery store and playground nearby.
Prada is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking trips, ski tours and snowshoeing. The ski area Lagalb / Diavolezza can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.
Prada is located about 35 km from the Engadine (to the north) and about 20 km from Tirano, Italy (to the south).

    “Schöne, helle Wohnung mit Gartensitzplatz. Wir können sie nur weiter empfehlen. Positiv: Vermieter wohnen im Haus, sind sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommender und herzlicher Kontakt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und wurden mit frischem Salat und Blumen aus dem Garten verwöhnt. Angenehm war der Gartensitzplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört. Ideale Lage auch für ÖV Benutzer. Restaurant: Hotel Semadeni mit Café Gelateria in Poschiavo - bekannt und beliebt für seine Eisspezialitäten. Lange Warteschlangen :) Ausflüge: Val di Campo - Wunderschöne Wandermöglichkeit zu Bergseen. Bus bis Alp Camp”
